Using the Agent Hub
What's here
MAD HQ is your team portal. Public pages — branding, templates, directory, and events — are open to everyone. The team-only tools, Flips, Open Houses, Pipeline, and Spreadsheets, are behind a login.
Creating your account & signing in
There are no passwords. Head to the login page, enter your MAD Realty email, and we send you a one-tap sign-in link — by email, or in Telegram once you connect it (Step 5). Tap it and you're in. Your email has to be on the team directory; if it isn't yet, ask an admin to add you.
What login unlocks
Once you're signed in, the team-only pages open automatically — no separate request needed. Admins can fine-tune who sees which page.
